As a Digital Marketing Associate at Softunitech, your primary role is to support the digital marketing efforts of our company. You will collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategies that enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Create and curate visually appealing content, including images and videos

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook) by posting engaging content, monitoring interactions, and implementing paid advertising campaigns.

• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization to improve our website’s search engine rankings and organic traffic.

• Email Marketing Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and engage with our customer base.

• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Online Advertising: Assist in creating and managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to boost brand awareness and drive conversions.

• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Strong written and visual communication skills.

 

Job Responsibilities & Skills Required:

• Improve brand rank in major search engines.

• Perform and ensure completion of quality review check on outgoing work by the team to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.

• Brainstorm new and creative SEO growth strategies Review, analyze and send the Weekly & Monthly to the clients

• Take the primary responsibility for all the Technical Audits & ensuring that the client website is following all the SEO best practices

• In-depth SEO technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) also Google Analytics, webmaster tools, back-end SEO and various online tools

• Link building strategies and execution for off-page SEO. Good Knowledge Of WordPress, HTML, SEO/ SMO/ SMM Tools, Google Ranking, Keyword Analysis, Google Webmaster & Analytics.

• Knowledge of SEO Tools viz Keyword Planner, SEMRush, AHREF, SERanking etc. Researching and supporting the content team with effective keywords for blogs, websites and social media accounts

• Should have an experience into Content Writing. Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions

• Genuine enthusiasm and a can-do attitude

• Performing On-page & Off-page SEO strategies.

We are looking for a highly capable blockchain developer to design, implement, and distribute a secure blockchain-based network. You will be analyzing our blockchain needs, designing customized blockchain technologies, and launching and maintaining our blockchain network.

To ensure success as a blockchain developer, you should possess extensive knowledge of programming languages used for blockchain development and experience in cryptography. An outstanding blockchain developer will be someone whose expertise translates into secure, fast, and efficient digital transactions.

Blockchain Developer Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with managers to determine blockchain technology needs and envisaged functionalities.

• Creating application features and interfaces by using programming languages and writing multithreaded codes.

• Applying the latest cryptology techniques to protect digital transaction data against cyberattacks and information hacks.

• Maintaining client and server-side applications.

• Optimizing and securing blockchain applications by integrating new tools and technologies.

• Educating sales personnel on blockchain features that allow secure digital payments.

• Documenting blockchain development processes and complying with best practices in data protection.

• Keeping up with current blockchain technologies and cryptography methods.

• Proactively look for unsolved, data-rich, high-impact business problems and create new opportunities in the AI solutions pipeline.

• Evaluate feedback and challenging issues gathered by the business and technical teams and transform them into tractable problems to resolve.

• Participate in research paper publishing and applied AI Competitions; organize hackathons and knowledge conferences/webinars

• Work with Principal Data Scientist to devise solution roadmaps and KPIs.

• Design, develop, and evaluate highly innovative DL/ML and stats-based models.

• Establish scalable, efficient, and automated processes for DL/ML model development, model validation, and model implementation.

• Conduct feature engineering and implement DL/ML models into production by collaborating with software developers and machine learning engineers.

• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy

• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data-gathering techniques.

• Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment.

• Create reports, presentations, and process documents to display impactful results.

• Communicate solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements as needed to operational systems

Educational Qualification:

• B.E/B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech (IT/Computer Science)

• Master’s in data science / Masters in Statistics/Economics

• PhD/MS/B. Tech in Computer Science/EE/Optimization/other relevant disciplines involving computing and optimization. Skills: Mandatory

• Knowledge of fundamentals in Probability, Statistics, Linear Algebra, Data Structures & Algorithms, Machine Learning & AI, etc.

• Good coding skills preferably in Python, PySpark, Tensorflow/PyTorch, Keras, etc.

Familiarity with distributed computing and scalable systems is preferred.

• Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.

• Deep understanding of applied statistical analysis and predictive modeling is desired such as regression, SVM, Tree, Random Forests, Boosting, Neural Network, clustering, forecasting, and pattern analysis.

• Strong know-how of data exploration techniques, such as mean-variance, k-means, nearest-neighbor, outlier techniques, and correlating anomalous sequences of events.

• Extensive know-how of Python /R and object-oriented programming languages with high code quality

 

1. The candidate should be passionate about machine learning and deep learning.

2. Should understand the importance and know-how of taking the machine-learning-based solution to the consumer.

3. Hands-on experience with statistical, machine-learning tools and techniques

4. Good exposure to Deep learning libraries like Tensorflow, and PyTorch.

5. Experience in implementing Deep Learning techniques, Computer Vision and NLP. The candidate should be able to develop the solution from scratch with Github codes exposed.

6. Should be able to read research papers and pick ideas to quickly reproduce research in the most comfortable Deep Learning library.

7. Should be strong in data structures and algorithms. Should be able to do code complexity analysis/optimization for smooth delivery to production. 8. Expert-level coding experience in Python.
